
Main Duties :
- Accurately record the spoken testimony of parties involved in cases before the Cur
- ator.
- Assist the Curator with the typing and preparation of judgments, proceedings, orders, documents, correspondences, and other related duties.
- Carry out filing and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare correspondences, notices, and other official documentations.
- Upload proceedings and other documents into the CCAS system as required.
Minimum Qualification & Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management and Administration, or equivalent ‘O level’ certificate with specialized training in court reporting
- Minimum typing speed of 45-50 words per minute (wpm) and shorthand of a minimum speed of 80 wpm.
